Snacks Alyssa River's Homemade Protein Bars - Have you ever tried Perfect Bars? If the answer is no because the price per bar is... not ideal... try these. Kath Eats Granola - For a lower glycemic version, swap the honey for maple syrup. Pair this with some yogurt and be on your way. in the works📌 Office Space - Yepppp. I'm in the process of finding an actual physical location because there are still folks that want in person appointments. So if you know anyone in the DC-MD-VA area, let them know I'll be in their region soon. 📌 Group Workshops - I love a small group session. As a clinician I can teach more folks at a time, and for clients it provides opportunity to learn along side others. When I say they are no dumb questions--I assure if you ask the question, someone else was definitely thinking it.
